The Carlisle City Council conducts their regular meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, at 6:00 PM, unless there is a conflict because of a holiday. Special meetings of the City Council and special committee meetings may be called, as necessary, by the mayor. The next regular meeting of the City Council will be October 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Persons wishing to address the City Council should contact the Mayor's Office, at least one week prior to a scheduled meeting, to be placed on the agenda. They should submit written notification of the topic they wish to address. In addition, no more than two individuals will be permitted to speak on the topic, and they will be limited to five minutes.
