HELP WITH DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE

Carlisle police officers regularly see firsthand the damage and devastation brought on by drug and alcohol abuse. Not only do abusers suffer health effects, but they often commit crimes either because of impaired judgment or to support their habits. Too often, the abuser's family and friends also suffer. While the Carlisle Police Department principally deals with the enforcement of drug and alcohol laws, we do want to see people who abuse drugs or alcohol get the help they need to beat their addictions.
